Okay. So we're going to get started with our afternoon sessions now. Next up, we have Northern Trust. We are joined this afternoon by Northern Trust's CFO, Biff Bowman; and Shundrawn Thomas, President of Northern Trust Asset Management. So we're going to run this again as a fireside chat. I'm going to start with the Asset Management focused questions.
