Good afternoon. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the UPL Capital Market Day.

Financial year '18-'19 has been a momentous year for UPL. As you all know, on 20th of July, we announced the acquisition of Arysta LifeScience for a total consideration of $4.2 billion. And in just 6.5 months, we have closed the transaction and started operating as one company effective 1st of February 2019. Besides this, this year, as some of you may know, is the 50th year of -- 50th year UPL has completed as the Golden Jubilee year. In today's Board meeting, the Board has approved issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 1 share for every 2 shares held subject to the shareholders' approval.

With this, we move onto the agenda for the Capital Market Day. We start off with the presentation of Mr. Jai Shroff, followed by a presentation from Mr. Diego Casanello, who is our -- who was the CEO of Arysta LifeScience and is now the CEO (sic) [COO] of the combined entity.
