Good morning, shareholders, and namaskar. I am Pushp Kumar Joshi, Chairman and Managing Director of the company, attending this meeting on video conferencing from Mumbai. I would like to welcome all the shareholders to 71st AGM of the company.

As members are aware, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for the fourth consecutive year has allowed companies to conduct their AGM through video conferencing or other audiovisual means. In line with the provisions of MCA circular, we are holding this AGM through VC. A live streaming of this meeting is also being webcast on NSDL's website.
