Thank you. Good morning, and welcome to Newmark Group, Inc.'s 2022 annual stockholders' meeting. I am Barry Gosin, Chief Executive Officer of Newmark. The virtual nature of this annual meeting enables increased stockholder accessibility while improving meeting efficiency and reducing costs.
