Good morning, and welcome to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Myers Industries, Inc.

I'm Mike McGaugh, President and Chief Executive Officer of Myers Industries, and I will act as Chairman of the meeting. We appreciate the last year has been challenging in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. We remain hopeful with the progress of vaccine, and we'll continue to see declines in the number of cases allowing us to progress towards a return to normal. During this time, we hope that you, our shareholders, are safe and healthy along with your families.
