Relatively new join at Marqeta, also haven't seen you on the circuit as much as some others. So give us a little word on your background and your role at Marqeta. What you do there? What're your responsibilities?

Yes. So I spent the last 4 years in my career as a Chief Commercial Officer at Ancestry. And I ran basically all revenue, I mean, in all of marketing, all of operations and essentially anything related to sort of the monetization of the business.
