So, Mike, there's been a lot of updates from you, particularly November last year, around some different things you're bringing to the management of the company. Maybe start off with the portfolio aspect. That was something your predecessor early on sort of laid out his view of the different positions of businesses within the company, Heartland and so forth. Sounds like you want to sharpen up Portfolio Management further. So maybe just give some thoughts as to how you plan to do that.
