So we're going to get started with MarketAxess. Pleased to have CFO Tony DeLise here along with President Chris Concannon, just recently joined the firm. Thanks for being with us today.

Just a very brief overview of MarketAxess. They're a leading electronic venue for corporate bond trading in the U.S. They also have substantial operations in Europe, Asia, Brazil, other emerging markets. The company now has a market cap close to $10 billion that I feel like is going up $1 billion or $2 billion every time we talk but partially driven by the record market share that you hit in the fourth quarter. I think, every major product class in the fourth quarter, including U.S. high-grade and high yield volume.
