Thank you, and thank you very much and good afternoon to all call participants. As usual, I'm here with the Ilaria Bennati. I'm referring as usual to the presentation that is being made available and in particular, the page 2 of the presentation. But let me start by saying that I'm very pleased with the result that I'm going to describe in particular due to the last quarter of last year, which has been one of the best quarter ever that we have observed as a banker.
Let's start with the commercial performance. The factoring turnover was up 16% on a year-on-year basis, while the overall market in Italy
