My role today is to walk you through the various program of the day. The agenda provides for the presentation obviously of the new business plan by Mr. Alessandro Vandelli, CEO of BPER, followed by the Q&A sessions. For a better organization, I'm anticipating that this will be divided into 2 different sessions: the first dedicated to those present here in Milan; and the second, for those who participate via conference call. A coffee break will take place after the Q&A sessions. Following this, there will be a session dedicated to the press and media.
