Good morning and thank you for joining us today for the U.S. Bancorp 2020 Annual Shareholder Meeting. We wish we could be together with you in person today, but we really do appreciate your flexibility during the COVID-19 pandemic to make this a virtual meeting. I'm Andy Cecere, Chairman, President and CEO of U.S. Bancorp.
