Okay. Good afternoon, everyone. Simeon Gutman, Morgan Stanley's hardline, broadline food retail analyst, and it is our pleasure to welcome Mister Car Wash represented by President and CEO, John Lai; and CFO, Jed Gold. So first, thank you for being here. This is the inaugural time you're showing up at this conference, only our first opportunity, and it's good to spend some time in person. I think most people know this business, but it's one of the more unique consumer-centric businesses where you wouldn't expect you can bring consumer centricity to a car wash, but they somehow do it.
