Well, we're excited to be here with all of you today, looking forward to your questions. What I thought I'd do is just frame up our discussion. Certainly, 2018 was a year of significant change for Johnson Controls, a year that we focused on fundamentals, getting back to fundamentals, continuing to improve the fundamentals. And with that, begin to execute on our growth strategy, not only expanding our footprint globally with our sales force, making sure we're capitalizing all of the key markets, but behind all of that, making sure that we're positioned to be a technology and product leader with the reinvestments we're making.

We had a year that we set commitments and executed on those commitments. And with that, with the momentum we had in 2018, we're off to a good start in 2019 on certainly continuing to focus on strengthening the fundamentals of the business and continuing to execute on the growth strategy.
