Hello, everyone, and thank you for joining us, this session of the Redburn CEO Conference.

My name is Neil Tyler, and I'm delighted to welcome Thomas Ondrof, CFO of Aramark, to our conference today. Tom has very kindly stepped in at the last minute for John Zillmer, who's lost his voice. So obviously, we wish John a speedy recovery, and thank Tom very much for joining us. By way of background, Tom, for those of you that don't know, most of you probably do, but Tom joined Aramark at the beginning of 2020. And from Performance Food Group, where he'd been since 2015.
