Hi, everyone. I'm Jean Ann Salisbury from Bernstein. I am the Natural Gas and Midstream analyst. And I am joined by Seifi Ghasemi, the CEO of Air Products.

Thank you all for joining us, and I will let Seifi speak a bit about the company for kind of 5 to 10 minutes, give an overview, and then we'll move into Q&A.
