Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I'm James Kelly, Chairman of Trident Royalties PLC. And it is my pleasure to welcome you and those listening to the AGM. It's now 2:00 PM, the time appointed for the meeting. Joining us through the Investor Meet Company platform are Adam Davidson, our CEO, and Martin Page, our Chief Financial Officer.
