And it's my pleasure to welcome you to our 2023 Annual General Meeting. Today's meeting is being conducted in a hybrid format in order to facilitate ease of access for those who are unable to be here physically and so increased attendance at this annual meeting.

This means that those participating online are present at the meeting and are able to ask questions and vote during the meeting, and I'll explain a bit later how this will work.

We look forward to this opportunity to engage with you, our shareholders, and to hear what is on your minds. I look forward to hearing from you later during today's meeting, and my colleagues and I will do our best to answer your questions.
