Good afternoon, and welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for El Pollo Loco Holdings, Inc. My name is Michael Maselli, and I am Chairman of the Board of the company as well as Chairman of the meeting. El Pollo Loco's Corporate Secretary, Jason Weintraub, has indicated to me that notice of this meeting was properly given to shareholders beginning on April 21, 2020, based on a record date of April 9, 2020, and it's also my understanding that we have a quorum of shareholders either present or represented by proxy. Accordingly, I now call the meeting to order.
