Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to our results webcast, and thank you so much for joining us today. I am Brett Botten, the CEO of the SPAR Group; our CFO, Mark Godfrey, is joining me today to present our results to you. For our presentation today, I will begin with a brief overview. Mike will then present our financial results for the period, and then I'll come back and provide an operational and strategic update as well as some insights into what lies ahead of us.

In terms of an overview for the period, the group has delivered a robust performance during disruptive and uncertain times. Our South African business has delivered a mixed result impacted again by COVID-19 market dynamics, including more liquor bans as well as the civil unrest, which took place in July. Our Build It business has delivered an excellent performance with consumers continuing to invest in their homes during this time. BWG Foods, our business in Ireland has delivered an impressive performance in Ireland with good growth across all retail brands
