So I'm Alex Stuckey, the CAO for GEE Group. And this is my partner, Kim Thorpe, he's the CFO. Our Chief Executive Officer couldn't make it today. So he sent both of us in hopes that we could do half of the presentation as well as he does.

I want to start with the forward-looking statements and make sure that everybody has got the presentation and has seen the presentation. And then obviously, we have some non-GAAP financial measures that we'll talk about in the presentation.

I think I wanted to start by telling you a little bit about the company and the history, because I think that that's really important. This company was founded by Fred Winslow, as the very first employment staffing agency in the United States back in 1893. And it lumbered along as a family-owned operation until the 60s. And in 1962 it became the very first public staffing company in the United States.

And so that long and history, even though it was a small business and a small company, gave us a unique opportunity that none of our competitors
