Thank you. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Lonnie Smith, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Intuitive. I welcome you to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. We are hosting our annual meeting virtually due to the public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

As previously announced, I will retire from the Board after this annual meeting. I have had the privilege and it truly has been a privilege of working with an extraordinary team over the last 23 years. I firmly believe they will continue to uphold the company's values and mission as we weather through these unprecedented times. Our long-term fundamentals remain strong. Our first priority now and always is the health and safety of our patients, our employees, customers, providers and the communities
