Good afternoon, everybody. My name is Tim Mammen, I'm the CFO of IPG Photonics, and I'm going to be presenting today. So really, lasers, one of the messages and themes we have about lasers is that they touch many different products across many different industries. We help to make products better, improve productivity, enable different materials to be used where, historically, something less efficient may have been done. And many of these advances are actually enabled by laser technology.
