Good morning, everybody. This is IDEXX Laboratories 2019 Investor Day, day 2, and welcome to those listening on the webcast.

I'd like to quickly run through the agenda we planned for you this morning, which will go to 12:00 noon. We'll first cover our diagnostics businesses with Dr. Tina Hunt, who will strategically review our VetLaB and Rapid Assay business; followed by Mike Lane, who's our global leader in reference labs. We plan to take a break for approximately 20 minutes and then turn over -- and then turn to our commercial businesses with Jim Polewaczyk, and Kathy Turner will review detailed overviews of our commercial regions and plans.

And then following a short break, George Fennell, our Corporate Vice President of North American sales, will facilitate a 40-minute discussion with an IDEXX customer and one of our veterinary diagnostic consultants, spotlighting preventive care. Brian, I and the broader management team will then have the opportunity to take your questions for the remainder of the allotted time.
