I'll now call the meeting to order. Good afternoon and good morning, depending on where we are speaking to you from. I'm Andrew Benett, CEO and Chairman of the Board, Directors of Harte Hanks. We welcome you to our 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

I will serve as Chairman of the meeting; and Laurilee Kearnes, our Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, will serve as Secretary of the meeting. Mr. Terence Hassett is appointed to serve as Inspector of Elections and has taken the required oath of office as Inspector.

Let me briefly introduce the other members of our Board of Directors. Our proxy statement for today's meeting contains additional background information on each of our directors. The first Director, Dave Copeland, has served on our Board since 1996. Second Director, Evan Behrens, has served on our Board since March 2019.
