Good morning. Welcome to the last day of the Raymond James Institutional Investors Conference. I'm told this is year 41, this is my 22nd year. First year was at the Don CeSar, and there was a 20-minute wait for an elevator. So we upgraded to Orlando in 1997. That's just a fun fact or a trivia about the Raymond James Investor Conference.

I am pleased to introduce, we have 3 outstanding members of the HCA management team, Bill Rutherford, the CFO, is going to do the presentation this morning. And Mark and Ravi, who runs the West Coast of Florida, my hometown. Everybody knows the HCA story. Just two things I would say in response to that. Number one, I think probably, there was a time when you could call it a hospital company, that was maybe 15 years ago. It's really a health care mutual fund in great markets. So the company has invested a ton of money buying assets that are not hospitals in their markets. And they've also done a good job, in the late 90s they
