Good morning. Welcome to the reconvened Special Stockholders Meeting of Gladstone Capital Corporation. My name is Michael LiCalsi, General Counsel of the company. We have with us the following representatives from the company, Erich Hellmold, Deputy General Counsel, who will also act as Secretary of the meeting.

It is now 10:30 A.M. Eastern Time and the meeting will now officially come to order. We will proceed with the business of the meeting as set forth in the notice of special meeting and the proxy statement. We have appointed Erich Hellmold, he'll be acting secretary of the meeting.
