People, process and technology. And I think Peter has covered that, I think, very, very nicely. One metric we do talk about on the people side, externally, from time to time, is just the sheer number of accounts that we asked an account manager to manage. When we started this journey, we talked about 65 accounts per account manager. And then that number has moved over 1.5 years to about 40 to 45 accounts. If you really want to be a direct enterprise company, and I'm not saying that's what at all we have in mind, but just for context, you're probably moving to single digits, 5:1 or
