Okay. Good morning, and welcome to day 2 of Barclays Americas Select Franchise Conference. My name is Matt Keating. I cover the U.S. mid-cap banks for Barclays. We're very pleased to welcome Synovus Financial for its inaugural presentation at this event. For those newer to the Synovus story, the bank's headquartered in Columbus, Georgia and operates in the Southeast United States. Its 2 primary markets are Georgia and Florida. These 2 states account for nearly 70 -- or nearly 80% almost of its deposit franchise. The bank's presence in Florida, in particular, was meaningfully increased earlier this year with its acquisition of Florida Community.

So with us this morning, we're very pleased to welcome Kevin Blair, the Chief Operating Officer of Synovus as well as its Interim CFO.
