An ag analyst at Barclays on the equity side. Very pleased to have up on the stage with me the team from Air Products, starting from your right to left: CEO, Seifi Ghasemi; CFO, Scott Crocco; and Head of Investor Relations, Simon Moore.

This has been one of the funner stories to follow over the last 5, 6 years. Basically, since Seifi got there, he came in and really changed the culture, changed the structure, took a company that was certainly lagging peers and he's put them on level footing with, arguably, a company that's been one of the best in the space for 20 or 30 years. And so they're maybe on chapter 3 of the story now. And so again, we'll get to that. We'll go through a lot of stuff with Seifi and team.
