Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Bill Lambert, Chair of the Board, and it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Ag Growth International Inc.

As you know, we are holding our meeting in a virtual format again this year, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and in order to support the health and well-being of our stakeholders. Our objective is to ensure that all shareholders have the same opportunity to participate in the meeting and vote regardless of their geographic location and the challenges posed by COVID-19. I'd like to acknowledge all those affected, and I'd like to thank AGI's employees, management team and Board for their part in protecting the health and safety of the public and our employees.
