Good morning, and welcome to EQT's Q3 update. I am Olof Svensson, Head of Shareholder Relations at EQT since the 1st of September. I'm joined today by Christian Sinding, our CEO and Managing Partner; and Kim Henriksson, our CFO. We will provide a brief update and present a few pages to you, and thereafter, go to a Q&A session.
