Just to give you a quick intro on Jeff Simmons who is the company's Chairman and CEO. As head of Elanco Animal Health for the past decade, Jeff has directed the company's transformation from primarily a U.S. feed additive company to a premier global player with a balanced and diversified business. And obviously, the transaction that the company has announced with Bayer further diversifies them, dramatically boosts their presence both in Companion Animals and also geographically in emerging markets.
