Okay, wonderful presentation by Dan and now we will move on. I'd like now to introduce Mr. Randall Stuewe of Darling Ingredients. Darling has 165 million shares outstanding, trades at about $21 for a $3.5 billion market cap and $1.5 billion of net debt. Mr. Stuewe has been CEO since 2003.

Prior to Darling, Mr. Stuewe was a senior executive for ConAgra Foods from 1996 to 2002 and most recently serving before that as President of Gilroy Foods. Prior to ConAgra, Randy spent 12 years in various management roles at Cargill food processing business. He holds a degree in finance from Kansas State University.
