Good morning, and welcome to the EnerSys Investor Day here at the New York Stock Exchange. If I can just find my notes, that would be helpful. Well, today, I'm Tom O'Neill, the Vice President and Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations. And before we get started, I just wanted to show you our forward-looking disclaimer statement.
