Well, good morning. How's everybody. How did we do on the weather? Pretty nice. The reason it's important because we were eating lunch outside. So we -- it's always a bit risky. I think we pulled it off, it's like having a wedding. All right. So welcome. I'm glad to have you here, and we're especially glad that you made the trip to Naperville. This is where our Water team is headquartered. So we have our Water R&D, our Water university, which you can go through. It's one of the tours that Mike just highlighted, et cetera. So I think there's a great opportunity to see additional capabilities that we have as a corporation as you come through here. Many of you have beaten the rug, if you will, and even a number of times and so we thought it was good to get you into another facility to see the capabilities and understand it first hand in real time.
