Thank you all for joining us today on the Esports Technologies conference call. Today, we are going to discuss the esports market, the Aspire transaction and our product road map. But first, I want to discuss why Esports is so important to us. Esports is exploding in popularity among the up and coming generations and Esports events will be streamed over 1 billion times this year. Esports already has an estimated 550 million fans. Viewership for the League of Legends World Championship finals soared 60% versus 2020 to a peak of 73.9 million concurrent viewers. Prize pools for Esports single tournaments have already surpassed major traditional sporting tournaments such as Golf Masters.
Traditional sportsbooks are in a dilemma. They have an aging demographic of high-value customers that are struggling to replace older betters with younger customers that are less focused on traditional sports.
