Great, Andy. Good morning to the Europeans and the Type A personalities here at 8:00 in the morning, apparently. Look, I've got a couple of setup slides. If you took a look at our annual results, these are just repeat, so I won't read them to you. But overall, we've got a constructive outlook leading into 2024.
