This is the 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of DLH Holdings Corp. I am Rick Wasserman, Chairman of the Board of the company. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Zachary C. As described in our proxy statement, we are holding this annual meeting as a hybrid meeting. And you'll notice the appropriate equipment here, meaning that the shareholders are able to both attend in person or via the internet.
