Well, good morning. Thank you, everyone, for coming here. I think this is our eighth or ninth Annual Chemicals Conference up here in Boston, as I've been saying to our guest today, Jim Collins, from Corteva. We've had Jim here over the years in many different forms from DuPont -- from Dow DuPont and now as first time as Corteva. So thrilled to have you here. We also have Greg Friedman and Megan Britt in the front. And I think Jim just wanted to make some prepared remarks and then we'll go into Q&A.
