Everything at CRC starts with value. It's been that way since the spin-off. This is why we start here talking about value. We've been value-focused with our VCI metric which we named our self-value creation index, but it really is a present value index, PVI, however you want to think about that. But it's really how we think as a company. That, and living within cash flow has been what we've been doing since day 1. We've been always focused on value and being very disciplined as a company in pursuit of the value creation. And this is the basic premise of how we look at everything from how we allocate our financial to our human capital and how we make investment decisions.
