Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for participating in today's conference call to discuss Wayside Technology Group's financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. Joining us today are Wayside's CEO, Mr. Dale Foster; the company's CFO, Mr. Michael Vesey; and the company's Vice President of Alliances for Lifeboat Distribution, Charles Bass. By now, everyone should have access to the first quarter 2020 earnings release which went out this afternoon at approximately 04:05 p.m. Eastern Time.
