Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of CI Financial Corp. for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020. I am Tom Muir, the Lead Director of the Board, and I will be chairing the meeting today.

In light of the continuing dangers associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the corporation is holding this meeting solely as a virtual meeting for the second year in a row. We wish to provide shareholders with the same opportunity to vote and ask questions at this virtual meeting, as they would have at a physical meeting.

Throughout this virtual meeting, registered shareholders and duly appointed proxy holders will have the opportunity to participate, submit questions and vote. (Operator Instructions) Questions not related to the formal business of the meeting will be addressed following the termination of the meeting.
