Thank you so much for hanging out with us here. My name is Joanna Gajuk. I cover some of the post-acute care names at Bank of America. And itâs my pleasure now to host this conversation with Chemed. One of the largest hospice operators, but also compete in also plumbing and water restoration business.

And today, with us, we have Kevin McNamara, President and CEO; and also David Williams, CFO and they were -- they preferred a Q&A session, which is also the preferred form for us. So, I guess I'll start. This is healthcare conference, right. So obviously, everyone will to talk about hospice primarily and obviously the most recent topic is the rebasing, that's proposed by CMS for fiscal 2020. By our estimate, we come up with like a 3% increase for VITAS rates based on the mix. Obviously that's before the market basket. So can you comment of how you -- what's your estimate for the -- for this rebasing for VITAS based on -- have you read the reg?
