Good afternoon, and good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Many thanks for dialing in on such short notice, and welcome to this conference call.

Following OSRAM's ad hoc release of yesterday evening on the announced takeover offer, we want to provide you with some further background and color. Please note that we are still in a quiet period, and as such, we will not comment on current trading or on our 50th Q3 results.
