Thank you very much. Thank you, everybody. It's exciting to be here again. Nice to see you all here. A couple of familiar faces.

Show of hands, quickly, how many people here have heard of NAD, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide? One, two three, four, five, six seven, about half of you -- a little less than half. Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is a co-enzyme found in all living cells, plant, and animal. It's involved in every important metabolic process inside the cell, but most notably energy metabolism and cell repair.

There are organelles inside of cells called mitochondria, which are responsible for taking nutrients from food and oxygen from air, and converting it into actual energy, which is then transferred throughout the cell through molecules called adenosine triphosphate, ATP molecules, all of which everybody here in the
