So Dan, thanks for joining us. And obviously, a lot of talk in the industry with you guys announcing the DISH MLA. So can you talk to us a little bit about how was it do you think -- how long did this take to get together? Why do you think it is that Crown is kind of the first of the tower cos involved? And maybe to the extent you can talk about the agreement, including since fiber is announced in there as well, how you see this deal impacting the business over the next few years.
