(foreign language) We have 45 participants and being on time is one of our values. So I'll begin the presentation. First of all, I'd like to thank everyone for your presence. I know it was short notice for many. So I have with me Oscar Bernardes, the Chair of our Board of Directors; Eugênio Mattar, CEO and founder of Localiza; Rodrigo Tavares, our CFO.

So we're going to talk about our governance and succession journey and talk about the questions that arose from the proposal that we submitted.
