Good afternoon. Welcome to IDEXX Laboratories 2019 Investor Day scheduled for today and tomorrow. I'm Jay Mazelsky, the Interim CEO of IDEXX, and I'd like to welcome everybody who's physically come here to Maine as well as those virtually joining us through the webcast, also available for both days. Today, we're scheduled to go to approximately 4:45, and we'll restart tomorrow at 8 a.m. sharp.

Before we begin, we want to thank everybody for their best wishes related to Jon Ayers' recovery, which he greatly appreciates and sends his regards. We don't have additional updates to share at this time beyond what we shared in Jon's statement of July 24. I'm in touch with Jon, and he's in great spirits. He's fully engaged with his rehabilitation and has expressed great confidence in the leadership of the team who'll be presenting the strategy today and tomorrow.
