Great. I think we're live. Sorry for the delay. Thank you for joining. My name is Dan Levy, I lead auto's coverage at -- U.S. auto coverage at Credit Suisse, and very pleased to have you join the annual CS Global Industrials Conference.

And very pleased to kick it off in the autos track with Ford, and I think we have a very timely speaker today, Lisa Drake, who is the COO of North America. Newly created rated role back in May. And she's responsible for product launches, warranty reduction, material cost improvements, all the things that we've heard about that I think are very topical, very relevant to Ford's push to get back to 10% margin.

Prior to this newly created role, she was Vice President, Global Powertrain, also responsible as well for global purchasing.
