Welcome to Broadridge's 2019 Annual Meeting. We are delighted that you can join us this morning and participate in this meeting from the convenience of your home or office. I'm Rich Daly, Executive Chairman of Broadridge.

Let me introduce a slate of 10 director nominees: Tom Perna; Amit Zavery; Alan Weber, who's also our Comp Committee Chair; Pam Carter, who's also our Audit Committee Chair; Tim Gokey, our CEO; Les Brun, our Lead Director; Maura Markus; Bob Duelks; and Brett Keller.
